How To Use Your Android Smartphone As A WiFi Booster/Extender

Have you not been willing to increase the wi-fi signal strength of your router? Instead of investing in a router with a high range, you can use your android smartphone as a WiFi booster or extender. Here, you phone acts as a secondary source of wi-fi and provides you signals at an extended distance.
Step 1: Connect your android device to a wi-fi network

Step 2: Now pair your android device with your laptop/computer via Bluetooth

Step 3: Now go to the “Settings” and under “Wireless & networks” select the more option. Then choose the “Tethering and Mobile Hotspot” option from the menu and then enable the “Bluetooth tethering” option.

To Access WiFi On Computer/Laptop

Step 4:After that, on your laptop/computer go to Devices and Printers in the control panel (Control Panel>>All Control Panel Items>>Devices and Printers)

Step 5: Select your android device from the menu and right-click on it.

Step 6: Select Connect Using >>Access Point

Now you are ready to use the internet on your laptop/computer.

To Access WiFi On Android Devices

In order to use it on another android device, follow Steps 1,2 and 3 and then skip to Step 7

Step 7: Connect the phone via Bluetooth, to the phone that is connected to the wi-fi and

Step 8: Select Internet access in the profile column and you are ready to use the wi-fi network.
